Key Responsibilities

  • •Process reservations professionally and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all relevant details (including payment details).
  • •Anticipate guest needs and respond in a respectful, polite, and responsive manner.
  • •Maintain confidentiality of guest information at all times.
  • •Stay aware of available packages and tiers, communicate specials and promotions, and update relevant details using preferences, traces, and comments.
  • •Keep all reservation-related administration up to date continuously.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1–2 years of experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.
  • •Strong reservations background with attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • •Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and maintain total responsiveness.
  • •Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language.
  • •Computer literate with experience using an Opera system.
