Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on financial due diligence engagements from start to finish across M&A planning, execution, and completion phases.
  • •Monitor and manage data flow in the dataroom and prepare analysis packages (e.g., Excel models).
  • •Attend and participate in meetings with clients, target company management, private equity firms, and investment bankers.
  • •Build custom analyses to identify key insights for clients with guidance from managers and directors.
  • •Drive the deal process by communicating with key parties and managing internal and external deadlines.

Key Requirements
