Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial customers by expanding and sustaining strong client relationships and driving high satisfaction. Serve as the primary advisor for commercial relationships, evaluate loan renewal and modification requests, and support credit requests through underwriting, loan structuring, negotiation/pricing, collateral review, and industry/credit risk analysis. Prepare loan documentation and presentations, oversee annual credit review scheduling for Relationship Managers, maintain loan reporting, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
