Build and maintain scalable, reliable services for the Depositary squad’s card receivables domain within Visa’s processing platform. Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure services, primarily using Java and deploying on AWS.
•Own delivery of clean, efficient, testable, and well-documented code across the software development lifecycle.
•Design and implement scalable microservices architectures and evaluate trade-offs for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
•Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, performance, and end-to-end) to ensure quality and resilience.
•Provision and evolve cloud infrastructure using Terraform, and monitor health/performance using logs, metrics, alerts, and tracing.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in production environments.
•Strong experience with JVM ecosystems (Java, Groovy) or Golang.
•Experience designing and operating microservices architectures in cloud environments.
•Strong testing expertise across unit, integration, performance, and end-to-end tests.
•Proficiency with AWS services (SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
