EH&S Manager - 1st shift

Manage environmental, health, and safety programs for the Decorah plant as part of the onsite leadership team. Lead incident investigations, maintain EPA hazardous waste records, oversee sampling and compliance documentation, and ensure OSHA and ISO 14001-related requirements are met. Serve as a technical consultant and primary liaison to corporate EH&S and regulatory agencies, coordinate audits, training, and worker’s compensation processes, and support environmental purchasing and permitting activities.
