Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to a hybrid and remote workforce
  • •Deploy and maintain macOS (Jamf) and Windows (Intune) devices
  • •Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Google Workspace
  • •Monitor endpoint health and remediate devices flagged by EDR or compliance tooling
  • •Maintain office network infrastructure (UniFi switching, APs, firewalls)

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years in IT support or systems coordination
