Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support to a hybrid and remote workforce
•Deploy and maintain macOS (Jamf) and Windows (Intune) devices
•Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Google Workspace
•Monitor endpoint health and remediate devices flagged by EDR or compliance tooling
•Maintain office network infrastructure (UniFi switching, APs, firewalls)
