Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct periodic site visits to lead construction progress and monitor work status under client safety programs.
  • •Manage project and program delivery across budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for multi-asset facility projects.
  • •Oversee large-volume HVAC asset assessments/replacements, roofing replacements, and roadway assessments across industrial sites.
  • •Prepare scope of work, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Support staff implementation of safety requirements and provide training and ongoing mentoring for junior-level staff.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or five years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience, with 5 years preferred in a project management role for real estate industrial construction projects.
  • •Experience with industrial real estate projects including MEP and HVAC with strong safety programs.
  • •Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, cost, and estimates.
  • •Valid driver’s license required.
