Key Responsibilities

  • •Pick and deliver necessary materials to workstations and locations efficiently, and receive daily work assignments using Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Address internal requests for material delivery promptly to maintain workflow continuity.
  • •Ensure accurate PPE usage and report deviations (safety, quality, parts, equipment) to Digital Status Boards; participate in Daily Status Board meetings.
  • •Assist team leaders/managers with administrative and operational tasks, including coordination and reporting.
  • •Cross-train in multiple pick units, follow 5S routines, review and improve Standard Operating Procedures, and use downtime for learning and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) with relevant experience, including 2+ years of experience in materials.
  • •Basic desktop computer skills and basic math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure.
  • •Relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Forklift operation certification preferred, with safe operation of industrial vehicles/equipment.
  • •Comfort working in a physically demanding role (standing/walking most of the shift, lifting up to 60 pounds) while following PPE requirements.
