Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end firmware delivery for assigned programs, including architectural feasibility and solution pathfinding.
  • •Build and lead cross-functional compute/enterprise AI teams; hire, coach, and grow senior engineering leaders and ICs.
  • •Create comprehensive program plans, schedules, and staffing plans factoring firmware, drivers, SW stack, and hardware dependencies.
