Key Responsibilities

•Oversee a fully employer-funded global employee dining program across all offices, ensuring cohesion, speed, and high-quality daily service.
•Lead client-facing hospitality for investor meetings, board engagements, and senior leadership interactions with discretion and precision.
•Set global hospitality standards and KPIs, partnering with regional leaders to adapt for local nuances while maintaining brand integrity.
•Manage global vendor relationships, budgets, and performance reporting to ensure quality and cost discipline.
•Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Operations, Security, Investor Relations, and human capital teams to design and deliver institutional-quality dining spaces and seamless guest experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 300,000 annually

•15+ years in senior hospitality leadership within private equity/financial services environments, luxury hotels, private clubs, and/or high-end corporate dining programs.
