Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee a fully employer-funded global employee dining program across all offices, ensuring cohesion, speed, and high-quality daily service.
  • •Lead client-facing hospitality for investor meetings, board engagements, and senior leadership interactions with discretion and precision.
  • •Set global hospitality standards and KPIs, partnering with regional leaders to adapt for local nuances while maintaining brand integrity.
  • •Manage global vendor relationships, budgets, and performance reporting to ensure quality and cost discipline.
  • •Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Operations, Security, Investor Relations, and human capital teams to design and deliver institutional-quality dining spaces and seamless guest experiences.
