Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, evaluate, design, configure, implement, maintain, and monitor security platforms and incident-related security systems.
  • •Triage security incidents, identify/respond to threats, and mitigate risks attempting to compromise systems and assets.
  • •Enforce security controls and policies across the global workforce using security tools/platforms, including SIEM-based monitoring and XDR/SOAR.
  • •Design, build, and monitor core cyber security systems and capabilities, focusing on enhancements and fine-tuning.
  • •Perform SOC activities and GRC responsibilities including risk assessment, compliance management, audit management/support, and documentation to relevant standards/laws.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of security/cybersecurity experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike (Falcon/EDR) and security administration such as configuration and policy management.
  • •Proficiency with SOC processes (monitoring, analysis, playbooks, escalation, incident documentation, SLAs) and incident root-cause analysis.
  • •Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks/compliances such as MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Critical Controls, OWASP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001/270001, and relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA).
