Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop IT solutions in line with solution design to meet customer needs, driving continuous improvement.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery and accountability for a product/service, shaping and building solutions supporting the customer journey.
  • •Ensure products and services remain compliant with mandatory and regulatory requirements.
  • •Maintain group controls within pod activities and complete remediation actions swiftly.
  • •Ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability; monitor pod performance and collaborate across stakeholders to deliver outcomes and releases at pace.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong development background with analysis, design, coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Hands-on experience with the Avaloq platform, including parameterisation, reporting, and interfaces.
  • •Strong scripting skills (PL/SQL, Unix/Shell) plus working knowledge of Unix, Control-M, and batch operations.
  • •Ability to elicit and translate user requirements into IT solutions aligned to solution design and continuous improvement.
  • •Good understanding of the Private Banking domain to assess business/technical suitability of requirements with architects and developers.
