Key Responsibilities

  • •Support federal and New York State environmental permits, renewals, modifications, and agency submissions.
  • •Maintain compliance for wetlands, streams, stormwater, air, wastewater, hazardous waste, spill prevention, and protected species.
  • •Conduct field inspections, document conditions, lead corrective actions, and coordinate with contractors and consultants.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology, Biology, Natural Resources, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of environmental permitting, compliance, or construction-related experience.
  • •Knowledge of environmental regulations including Clean Water Act, SPDES permitting, wetlands permitting, stormwater regulations, NEPA, and SEQR.
  • •Comfort working in the field at active construction sites and collaborating across multiple teams.
