Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide inputs for supplier/subcontractor quality requirements for proposals and contracts.
  • •Perform surveillance of contract execution related to quality aspects.
  • •Engage with suppliers/subcontractors to resolve nonconformances and participate in quality/engineering gates.
  • •Define and execute inspection control activities across incoming and key manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing stages, and before release to customers.
  • •Support nonconformance management (MRB activities, rework/repair verification), lead RCA with corrective/preventive actions, and deliver day-to-day quality support and compliance enforcement in MAIT operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in aerospace, space, defense, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments.
  • •Knowledge of quality standards such as EN/AS9100 and ISO 9001.
  • •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inspection techniques (visual, dimensional, electrical), and GD&T.
  • •Experience with nonconformance management and root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, 5-Whys, Ishikawa).
