Training Specialist

Provide site-level training ownership at the Melrose Park plant by managing the Alchemy program, coordinating core team training, maintaining certifications, creating SOPs, and delivering onboarding and specialized training (PIT, LOTO, confined space, work at height). Collaborate with teams to ensure timely training delivery and compliance in a union manufacturing environment.
