Job Summary

Join the Hardware PMO to coordinate and lead cross-functional hardware teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and test engineering. You’ll guide engineering milestones and critical paths for NPI and sustaining programs, scope launch targets, and manage build activities from Prototype through PVT validation. Drive engineering risk analysis, change management, BOM/technical spec contributions, and progress reporting—while improving processes and unblocking teams across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and lead cross-functional hardware teams across electrical, mechanical, firmware, and test engineering.
•Guide engineering milestones and deliverables against program targets, identifying critical paths, dependencies, and launch targets.
•Coordinate NPI build activities to ensure product maturity and launch readiness through Prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT builds and validation.
•Drive engineering risk analysis and mitigation planning, report progress, and accelerate when needed; proactively unblock the team.
•Oversee engineering change management, contribute to BOM creation and technical specifications, and lead improvement projects to refine product development processes.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of end-to-end product development including electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
•Experience using project management tools such as Jira.

•Experience with PLM systems such as Team Center or Arena.
•Experience taking a complex product through NPI phases to mass production.
