Job Summary

•Support store targets by actively driving sales performance and improving key KPIs.
•Own sales training in-store to equip colleagues with knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed.
•Coach team members on the sales floor and provide regular, constructive feedback to support development and performance.
•Welcome and support new team members during onboarding and collaborate with the Store Manager to facilitate team meetings and best practices.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of sales performance and KPIs, with ability to translate insights into actions.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop others, including comfort providing constructive feedback.
•Knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and good English and Swedish language skills.
