Job Summary

Own enterprise risk reporting and governance across Monzo as part of the second line of defence. Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain clear, operational risk reporting processes for Monzo Bank Limited to satisfy Group requirements.
•Develop risk reporting processes with the Group Risk Reporting team, ensuring they are flexible, future-proof, and useful for first and second line teams.
•Analyze risk data to produce insightful reporting for senior stakeholders, including committee reporting where appropriate.
•Produce Monzo Bank Limited Combined Assurance Plan (CAP) papers and support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) embedding.
•Support the Enterprise Risk & Compliance Committee (governance oversight, minutes, action tracking, effectiveness reviews) and assist with risk culture updates.
