Job Summary

Configure and maintain document management processes on the Hyland OnBase ECM platform, supporting electronic business workflows that reduce paper records. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Jira stories, design document life cycles with OnBase workflows, and configure document capture methods. Write unit test cases, coordinate with QA for sign-off, create release documentation and user manuals, and provide training and support to end users. Work effectively in an Agile environment using Kanban.

•Assist with design, development, and implementation of electronic business processes to eliminate paper records using OnBase.

•Write unit test cases, work with testing teams for QA sign-off, and provide release documentation, user manuals, training, and end-user support.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in Hyland OnBase.
•5+ years of IT experience.
•Hands-on experience with document workflow automation and document import methods (SCAN/OCR, COLD/DIP) plus document management and system administration.
•Ability to write optimized SQL queries.
•Ability to write Hyland scripts in JScript; Windows Server knowledge is a plus.
