Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and track shipments, resolving transportation issues and delays with carriers and suppliers.
  • •Communicate shipment status and escalations to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • •Ensure high-quality master and transactional data across transportation processes.
  • •Analyze transportation KPIs and trends to drive cost savings and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Experience in transportation management, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • •Understanding of international transportation processes, Incoterms, and customs requirements.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience with SAP, TMS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
