Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate school aims, objectives, policies, and a strategic plan underpinned by financial planning.
  • •Drive teaching and learning by using data and benchmarks, establishing effective learning approaches, and setting stretching targets.
  • •Lead and manage staff through planning, delegation, induction, and performance management with KPIs.
  • •Ensure effective deployment of resources, including expenditure priorities, school accommodation, and health and safety procedures.
  • •Provide accountability reporting to education authorities, engage parents and community, and support safeguarding and child protection.
