Key Responsibilities

  • •Create comprehensive enterprise architecture models aligned to customer goals and transformation plans.
  • •Guide customers through their cloud journey focused on adopt and derive, using enterprise archetypes and scaling digitally.
  • •Provide RISE with SAP and Clean Core architecture guidance, supporting adoption and risk mitigation for technical adoption.
  • •Act as trusted transformation partner/advisor to CIO/CxO stakeholders and drive value realization through solution adoption and consumption of capabilities.
  • •Bundle customer expectations into enterprise success plans to monitor and validate KPIs/value drivers; govern with relevant stakeholders to align business goals and value drivers.

Salary: PLN 363,300 - 734,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in customer experience roles, with end-to-end architectural design for hybrid solution landscapes.
  • •Deep knowledge of SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and toolset, plus hands-on experience with BTP components (application development, automation, data/analytics, integration, AI).
  • •Proficiency in SAP Integration and Extensibility Advisory Methodologies and Clean Core principles.
  • •Technical or functional knowledge/experience with S/4HANA applications.
  • •Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in English and Polish with senior management and C-level stakeholders.
