•Own functional planning, design, and requirements management for CRM product lines, including consumer features and management consoles.
•Build and maintain CRM and business workflow systems with internal business teams, owning delivery outcomes and business satisfaction.
•Explore and implement AI capabilities within CRM and other product ecosystems to improve internal operational efficiency.
