Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface directly with clients to develop scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates/budgets, schedules/milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, perform complex RFP requests, conduct bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Facilitate development of project charters and integrated timelines; ensure functions stay on schedule and resolve or escalate issues.
  • •Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project team through implementation, completion, and ongoing status reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience/education considered in lieu of a degree.
  • •Preferred: LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations.
  • •IT construction experience including network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, audio visual, security access/monitoring, and sound masking.
  • •General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, with ability to read architectural drawings.
