•Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client’s business, goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Recommend and structure appropriate financial solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
•Manage portfolio performance and credit quality by monitoring market trends, identifying developing risk indicators, and applying underwriting judgment.
•Partner with underwriting/portfolio management/internal teams to support timely reporting and effective client outcomes, while addressing client concerns and coordinating specialists as needed.

Key Requirements

•NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance (including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record).
•3 to 4 years of experience in relationship banking, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Expert-level consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
•Strong understanding of banking operations, lending policies, credit structures/products, regulatory requirements, and responsible banking practices.
•Advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and product knowledge to deliver sophisticated small-business solutions.
