Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate solutions using Retail consumer and small business product/service knowledge and value proposition.
  • •Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling and outside sales activities including onsite presentations and community financial literacy events as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions and support Financial Center platform staff while maintaining risk and policy compliance and ensuring customer confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell established customers.
  • •Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS.
