Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer quality programs and process controls to detect issues early and ensure high product quality.
  • •Analyze process data, collaborate with suppliers, and use DPPM and RMA feedback to drive failure analysis, root-cause corrective actions, and process improvement.
  • •Assess and qualify new PCB suppliers and contribute to PCB technical and supplier strategy with NVIDIA technical teams.
  • •Manage supplier relationships, track supplier performance, drive improvement plans, and lead quality audits.
  • •Optimize yield, lead-time, and product cost by characterizing processes, establishing controls, and supporting preventive action and contingency planning.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •MS/BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •7-10 years of experience in rigid PCB manufacturing processes and Quality, Reliability, Product Engineering, or Technical Management.
  • •Strong knowledge of cost structure and key cost drivers to enable cost optimization.
  • •Expert negotiation, communication, influencing, and analytical skills to develop and lead supplier and business partner relationships.
  • •Strong knowledge of PCB fab markets, key players, and transactions, with excellent English communication skills.
