Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multi-functional, cross-site teams to resolve complex quality issues and drive global alignment and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop and implement global quality management systems in partnership with manufacturing facilities.
  • •Support NPI qualification and drive yield improvements (PG/PTS), burn and module DPM reduction, defense line 4 enhancement, and shift-left improvements.
  • •Cover SWRs and perform RAR risk assessment, managing Fab excursion-affected materials and RMA handling.
  • •Monitor and report critical quality metrics (DPM, yield variation, reliability performance) and supervise WLR and WLBI for wafer quality and reliability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Materials, or related field).
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in product quality, manufacturing, process engineering, or product engineering.
  • •Proven ability to lead global quality engineering initiatives in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
  • •Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis, quality systems, deviation management, and problem-solving.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration with expertise in semiconductor process flows and failure analysis.
