Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or co-lead annual compensation cycle activities (merit, promotions, incentives) from data preparation through reporting, communications support, and issue resolution.
  • •Analyze compensation and market data to recommend salary structures, pay positioning, adjustments, offers, and program design aligned to policies and internal equity.
  • •Oversee complex compensation and benefits datasets, templates, trackers, and reporting to ensure data quality, consistency, auditability, and governance readiness.
  • •Act as a senior point of contact for compensation and benefits queries from People Partners, HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and country HR, escalating high-risk or policy-sensitive issues.
  • •Coordinate regional participation in salary surveys, audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities, including job matching guidance and remediation plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in compensation, rewards, HR operations, payroll, or people analytics in a data-driven HR environment, ideally with regional or multi-country scope.
  • •Strong working knowledge of compensation and benefits processes such as salary administration, job evaluation, salary structures, incentives, benefits administration, and salary surveys.
  • •Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to collect, validate, reconcile, and interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential colleague and compensation information, with strong organizational skills to manage recurring processes and deadlines.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HR systems and reporting tools, plus clear, collaborative communication skills.
