Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day Inspection Center operations and vehicle reconditioning activities.
  • •Mentor and provide accountability to direct reports, supporting succession planning through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • •Maintain alignment with company strategic plans, goals, and objectives while ensuring adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, and procedures.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees, and ensure progression path training and certification processes are consistently executed.
  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety and loss prevention guidelines, and lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts to meet quality, production, and cost metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Ability to meet project deliverables and company metrics.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
