Develop and enhance Fiori/UI5 applications to improve UX and mobility, manage integrations to SAP HCM backends, and create ABAP/ABAP-OO reports and solutions. Support user self-services through training and ongoing application support, including ESS/MSS and Fiori Launchpad setup. Work on integrations and SAP BTP-related app implementations.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and customize SAP HCM Fiori ESS/MSS apps (standard or customer-specific) within SAP HCM environments.
•Digitize HR workflows such as leave applications, travel expense reporting, time recording (CATS), and payroll statements.
•Develop and enhance Fiori/UI5 applications to improve UX and enable mobile use.
•Manage integrations to the SAP HCM backend and ensure data integration.
•Develop customer-specific reports and solutions in SAP HCM using ABAP/ABAP-OO, and provide user support and training for self-services.

•Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or equivalent education.

•Strong skills in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5, including HTML5, JavaScript, OData services, and WebDynpro.
•Strong ABAP/ABAP-OO skills (including BAdIs, BAPIs, and user exits).
