Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate support activities for hourly engineering personnel (assistants/technicians and set ups when applicable) for the assigned area.
  • •Lead/support Lean continuous-improvement projects and kaizens to reduce costs.
  • •Support implementation of programs, new products, and equipment/fixtures and technologies.
  • •Maintain and standardize process documents (work instructions, layout, and graphics/metrics) and monitor productivity, scrap, rework, WIP, safety, and capacity analysis.
  • •Use process problem-solving tools (6 Sigma, 8D, A3) and execute change control and MOC points; prepare reports and presentations to improve engineering metrics, including EHS risk analysis and related committees.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Intermediate English proficiency.
  • •Intermediate MS Office 365 proficiency.
  • •Preferably intermediate knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks, and Minitab (or similar systems/software).
  • •3 years of experience in engineering activities, continuous improvement, and process support to manufacturing and quality.
