Job Summary

Support the Group Transformation Office by governing and reporting Strategic KPIs, turning performance data into clear insights for senior decision-making. Create and maintain KPI governance documentation and reporting templates, liaise with finance/audit/risk partners, and help produce materials for governance meetings. Provide light PMO/BAU support such as maintaining project governance records, planners, agendas, and coordinating stakeholder updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Support preparation and delivery of governance for Strategic KPIs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with standards.
•Create and maintain KPI governance documentation (definitions, reporting process documentation, RACIs, attestations, and key issues/judgments) and coordinate with finance, audit, and risk teams.
•Gather, validate, and analyse data to support performance reporting, including quarterly internal reporting and periodic external reporting with trend commentary.
•Assist in producing KPI dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders, using robust spreadsheet templates and reporting formats.
•Provide light PMO support by maintaining project governance documents (risk logs, decision records, minutes, archives), work planners, and meeting agendas/materials.

•Strong problem-solving with proven qualitative and quantitative research/analysis to generate value-added insights.
•Degree-level education, with finance or data analysis qualifications preferred.
