Job Summary

Support the regional supply chain organization with process expertise and data-driven reporting. Develop and maintain complex NAM supply chain reports, define and track KPIs, and build dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel. Help drive continuous improvement by optimizing integrated planning, supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory and materials planning, while facilitating regional rollout and adherence to systems such as M3, TMS, and WMS. Collaborate cross-functionally and present insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, analyze, and maintain complex NAM supply chain reports to support operations and performance management.
•Define, measure, and report supply chain KPIs using statistical and analytical methods to deliver actionable insights.
•Design and implement dashboards and data-driven solutions for integrated business planning, supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and materials planning.
•Act as a liaison between global process specialists and regional users, providing feedback, improvement suggestions, and training.
•Support regional process adherence by facilitating rollouts of systems such as M3, TMS, and WMS and driving process improvements rather than individual fixes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 67,343 - 85,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations management, or a related domain.
•BS in Business or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management and Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
•Thorough understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, inventory optimization, and order fulfillment in domestic and international operations.
•Proficiency with MS Excel; experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for dashboards and analytics.
•Strong English verbal and written communication; other languages (especially Spanish) are an advantage.
