  • •Develop, implement, and lead strategic, scalable talent acquisition processes aligned to workforce goals and objectives.
  • •Manage a team of recruiters, enabling high performance and executing with rigor in a change environment.
  • •Use internal and external data to improve candidate experience, pipeline health, and implement agile recruiting process improvements.
  • •Partner with I&D, global Talent Acquisition, HR partners, and business partners to execute early-career talent engagement and acquisition strategy.
  • •Define recruiting pipeline management and recruiting process improvement strategy; establish recruiting performance metrics and ensure compliance and governance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •Experience leading and managing recruiting teams, including multiple TA managers.
  • •Highly advanced reporting and data analytics experience to identify hiring challenges and gaps.
  • •Strong project management, process design, and data-based decision-making skills.
  • •A proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing teams; ability to navigate ambiguity in a matrixed organization.
