Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare quality risk assessment documents and register them in the EQMS system.
  • •Compile design intent and quality requirements to create quality inspection manuals and standards for finished goods, and register documents in EQMS.
  • •Create Initial and PreLaunch PCP, define inspection plans/methods, and deliver quality acceptance handover packages to relevant teams.
  • •Coordinate training, media production, and transfer of quality inspection methods and procedures to internal/external stakeholders; resolve issues and prevent repeat problems.
  • •Manage document updates for revisions/collections (e.g., ECRN), track approvals for EQMS registration readiness for mass production, and coordinate tooling inspection preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years’ experience in quality inspection or mass communication.
  • •1–2 years’ experience in producing media materials.
  • •High vocational or bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience in jewelry products (1–2 years).
  • •Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and understanding of quality inspection workflows.
  • •Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic ability to read drawings.
