Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end Direct Ship process for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain a clear status view.
•Conduct eligibility analysis and order conversion, track receipt of order candidates, and maintain an accurate order book.
•Monitor production, shipping, and delivery status; provide weekly reporting and tailored status updates; coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
•Perform data analyses using planning tools; present insights and recommendations in cross-functional forums; support account onboarding and system testing.
•Review and integrate internal and external data for decision-making; maintain knowledge of data sources and reconcile data from multiple systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 66,000 - 89,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree; supply chain management, planning, data, business analytics, merchandising or related field preferred.
•Bring 3+ years of work experience in planning and/or data analysis.
•Have supply planning or supply chain experience; wholesale, DTC, and/or retail experience a plus.
•Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities with high attention to detail and data integrity.
•Experienced with planning, order management, and/or ERP systems; strong proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
