Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
  • •Develop and maintain working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.
  • •Receive and route service requests, obtain needed information, and coordinate resolution of client issues.
  • •Oversee execution and follow-up for client servicing events, including account opening/closing, cash movement, and fee set-ups.
  • •Serve as a key subject-matter expert and mentor; may supervise day-to-day work of more junior employees (not a formal management role).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials preferred.
  • •In-depth functional/industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardianship, and Advisory services and products.

  • •Technical systems knowledge (e.g., Peoplesoft) required; a college/university degree and/or relevant work experience is preferred.
