Job Summary

The Sales Associate represents the Apparel Dubai brand in-store, driving sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and upselling while maintaining brand standards. You’ll assist customers, support visual merchandising, operate POS, and uphold procedures for stock, loyalty programs, and loss prevention in a busy Dubai retail environment.

•Deliver top-tier customer service by following the company’s GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
•Balance the cash till and efficiently operate the POS system for billing and transactions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree is preferred and shows in the description as desired qualification.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to contribute to a welcoming customer experience.
•Previous sales experience is preferred for a retail environment.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak periods and flexibility in scheduling.
•Familiarity with product features, materials, care instructions, and stock management processes.
