•Concept and produce performance creative end-to-end, from ideation and scripting through editing and delivery across paid social, CTV, and emerging channels.
•Apply a sharp creative eye to raise visual quality, pacing, and storytelling while keeping creative performance-driven.
•Stay on top of platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts to ensure creative stays fresh, relevant, and effective.
•Translate performance data into creative direction by partnering with media and growth teams to improve ads.
•Manage agency and production partners (briefs, direction, and quality checks) and edit video directly using AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

•Proven track record producing or directing high-performing creative for paid channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.
•Strong performance creative intuition with hands-on skills in hooks, pacing, CTAs, and concepting ads that convert.
•Elevated visual taste with an eye for design, composition, and brand quality—able to make ads both effective and premium.
•Fluency editing video yourself, iterating quickly at speed while maintaining quality; plus active experimentation with generative AI tools.
