Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Meet state-specific requirements for notary and DMV/title/registration access within the first 90 days (and other state specialty licenses within required timeframes).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding work including detailing vehicles and frequent loading/unloading in indoor/outdoor conditions, including extreme weather.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform physical movements including reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
  • •Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items weighing up to 50 lbs and meet driving requirements; must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
