Coater Technician I - Day Crew - A or C Crews

Operate semiconductor coating equipment to safely produce high-quality photovoltaic solar modules at required rates. Monitor equipment computers and process data, handle intermediate alarms, perform preventative maintenance, and conduct basic quality control using SPC concepts. Train and provide on-the-job support for team members when certified. Maintain safety and housekeeping, manage materials for the next shift, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to run tests and troubleshoot issues.
