Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain production tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Perform operational preventative maintenance, address intermediate-level alarms, and run basic quality control procedures.
  • •Interface with equipment computers to monitor parameters and alarms and make decisions using process control procedures and SPC.
  • •Provide on-the-job training to team members when requested/when certified.
  • •Ensure inventory levels and waste disposal are handled appropriately for the next shift.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; preference for an associate degree or certificate in a technical discipline.

  • •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with safety-first mindset.
  • •Math skills to understand and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.
  • •Ability to use machine control panels, simple hand tools/measurement tools, and work in a team environment.
