Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage quarterly and annual EMEA tax provisions under U.S. GAAP and local statutory standards.
  • •Ensure timely preparation and submission of corporate income tax and indirect tax filings across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
  • •Support operational tax matters including withholding taxes and tax registrations.
  • •Lead and support tax audits, enquiries, and correspondence with local tax authorities.
  • •Develop tax staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing training, and supporting the team’s work across the region.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tax required.
  • •At least 5 years’ corporate tax experience within a multinational organization or Big 4/public accounting environment.
  • •Professional tax/accounting/finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) preferred.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of EMEA direct and indirect tax rules, reporting obligations, and tax accounting standards.
  • •Experience with U.S. GAAP tax provision (ASC 740) and familiarity with transfer pricing (e.g., BEPS, Pillar Two) preferred.
