Research Engineer, Frontier Capabilities

A Machine Learning Research Engineer focused on LLM post-training, building and optimizing distributed training systems for large-scale models. You’ll work on Ray-based infrastructure, training workflows (SFT, MoE, long-context), and end-to-end pipelines for data preprocessing, experiment orchestration, and performance benchmarking in hybrid onsite environments in Cambridge, MA or San Francisco, CA.
