Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end Taiwan import/export operations across global lanes, ensuring timely clearance and delivery.
  • •Coordinate customs brokers, freight forwarders, and vendors; track shipments and resolve delays, holds, or exceptions.
  • •Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics operations and shipment execution.
  • •Manage freight forwarding and carrier relationships, evaluating cost, transit time, and reliability KPIs for continuous improvement.
  • •Support customs clearance and trade compliance, including HTS/CCC classification and audits; assist with bonded and duty drawback processes as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in global transportation, carrier, or freight forwarding.
  • •Solid knowledge of TW/US customs regulations and HTS classification.
  • •Hands-on experience coordinating with customs brokers and 3PL partners.
  • •Proficiency with TMS, ERP, or logistics visibility platforms.
  • •Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple shipments and cross-functional coordination.
