Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for annual controlling activities, including forecasting, planning, and monthly closing, and ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines for PUMA Austria and Region EEMEA.
•Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful analysis to enable strategic decision-making and guide senior management.
•Strategically lead finance-related projects and initiatives to enhance financial steering and further develop finance processes, systems, and governance.
•Drive continuous process optimization within the finance organization to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and operational excellence.
•Support and lead tax-related matters for PUMA Austria, manage subgroup tax packages, and provide documentation and communication support during audits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and certification as a public accountant.
•5-7 years of experience in a middle-level finance, tax, or accounting position.
•Strong communication skills with high commitment to quality and cost awareness.
•Analytical problem-solving ability and an ability to work in teams.
•Knowledge of international accounting standards and local tax, plus SAP and Hyperion experience and advanced MS Office (Excel).
