Civil Project Engineer

Lead municipal infrastructure design teams delivering complex water, wastewater, and transportation projects, including watermain, sewer, roadway, site servicing, pumping, storage, and distribution systems. Build client relationships and produce technical documentation, proposals, reports, specifications, and project correspondence. Support contract administration, contractor coordination, progress reviews, payment certifications, and site meetings, while collaborating with multidisciplinary regional teams and contributing to business development, budgets, and delivery objectives.
