Job Summary

Contribute to the evolution of HP’s global employee relations framework by leading complex investigations, providing expert ER consultation, and supporting compliance guidance. Deliver employee communications and training for employees and managers, and collaborate with HR leaders on performance management and escalations. Develop disciplinary risk assessments, improve ER case knowledge, and represent the organization in tribunal or mediation matters for countries across the region where HP is present.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage medium to high complexity employee relations investigations with stakeholders and ensure timely closure.
•Create disciplinary recommendation risk assessments and keep disciplinary policies, procedures, practices, and documentation up to date.
•Examine case studies and help evolve global employee relations programs, policies, procedures, practices, and systems enhancements.
•Deliver employee communications related to talent management initiatives and ensure employees are informed about relevant updates.
•Provide expert ER consultation and compliance guidance for complex HR escalations, including guidance on performance management and support for external case proceedings.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field, or commensurate experience.
•Typically 7–10 years of work experience, preferably in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, HR compliance, Labor Relations, or Employment & Labor Law.
•Experience leading medium to high complexity investigations and driving timely case closure.
•Knowledge of disciplinary recommendations, employment laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
•Ability to develop and deliver training and employee communications for employees and managers.
