Job Summary

Supervise manufacturing and operations activities supporting assembly, inspection, test, and final test for capital equipment and components. Prioritize production schedules, run milestone and operational meetings, and drive cycle-time and other performance metrics. Lead safety, training (including EHS), and Lean/Safety/Quality initiatives, oversee performance management and team development, and respond to operations issues that affect customer satisfaction.

•Supervise employees involved in production and/or operation functions including assembly, inspection, test, and final test.
•Prioritize production schedules and support tracking of organization performance metrics.
•Schedule and conduct milestone meetings; ensure meeting or improving cycle time and related metrics.
•Serve as an interface to establish and ensure conformance to customer/vendor requirements and initiate corrective action for cost of quality opportunities.
•Implement and monitor safety policies/training, oversee accident prevention, and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality improvements.

Salary: USD 68,000 - 93,500
