Payroll Implementation Manager - UAE

Serve as the UAE payroll subject-matter expert, leading country-specific payroll activities from discovery through go-live. Run discovery workshops, validate payroll configuration with Product and Engineering, and oversee testing, parallel runs, and payroll validation. Identify legislative and implementation risks, support go-live readiness and first payroll, and advise Sales/Presales on UAE payroll requirements. Own UAE implementation playbooks, documentation, and knowledge sharing while ensuring compliance with UAE legislation.
