Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the recognized SME for UAE payroll implementations.
  • •Lead payroll discovery workshops and advise customers on UAE legislation and best practice.
  • •Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate payroll configuration.
  • •Lead payroll testing, parallel runs, and payroll validation.
  • •Own UAE implementation playbooks, documentation, and knowledge sharing; support go-live readiness and first payroll.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years processing and implementing UAE payroll.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience operating UAE payroll in-house and implementing UAE payroll software.
  • •Expert knowledge of UAE payroll legislation, tax, social insurance, and statutory reporting.
  • •Experience leading payroll discovery workshops and advising customers on legislation and best practice.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) and must be based in UAE with legal right to work in UAE.
